Asus is gearing up for the highly anticipated global launch of the ROG Phone 8 series on January 16, with three models: Asus ROG Phone 8, Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, and Asus ROG Phone 8 Ultimate. These phones look different from the older ones, especially the ROG Phone 8 with its matte finish and the Pro version with a shiny back.
The key features of the ROG Phone 8 series include a 6.78-inch full HD+ AMOLED display that’s bright and has a high refresh rate of 165 Hz. They are powered by a strong Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and support fast charging with a big 5,500mAh battery. There’s also an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
The series offers flexibility in memory and storage configurations, with options of 16GB or 24GB of RAM and 512GB or 1TB of storage. The ROG Phone 8 Pro has a notable camera setup with a 32-megapixel selfie camera and three cameras on the back, including a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 32-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom.
In India, the expected price for the Asus ROG Phone 8 is 79,990 rupees. With its cool features and unique design, the ROG Phone 8 series is generating a lot of excitement among smartphone enthusiasts.
