Raptee Energy, an EV startup company from Tamil Nadu, is introducing a unique ‘Transparent’ electric motorcycle. They showcased it recently, revealing all the inside parts through transparent panels. This cool bike is hitting the Indian market in April. Raptee will make it in their Chennai factory, creating about 470 jobs.
Lots of companies want to get people interested by making bikes and scooters like this. They hope it will catch the customers’ attention. The special bike has a strong motor, which will help it reach a top speed of 135 km per hour. When fully charged, it can travel up to 150 km. Charging is quick too – 80% in just 45 minutes at CCS2 stations. Even a 15-minute charge at their station gives it a 45 km range. It’s speedy too, going from 0 to 60 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.
Dinesh Arjun, the co-founder and CEO, says they’re not just making vehicles but creating an eco-friendly transportation system. Their technology gives the bike more power and speed.
