  • Cooking: 10–12 minutes at 180°C

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Boombay Garlic Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add yogurt, Boombay Garlic Chilli Sauce and all the spices to a bowl.
  2. Mix well to make the marinade.
  3. Add paneer, onion and bell pepper and gently toss until everything is coated.
  4. Marinate for 20–30 minutes. For a stronger flavour, you can marinate it overnight.

How to Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place the paneer and vegetables directly in the basket or thread them onto skewers.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
  4. Cook until the paneer and vegetables develop a golden, slightly charred exterior.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and serve hot.

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Oil spray

Preparation

  1. Combine the mashed potatoes, green peas, green chilli and spices in a bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture holds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into small, thick patties.

How to Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place the tikkis in the basket without overcrowding them.
  3. Lightly spray them with oil.
  4. Air fry for around 8–10 minutes on each side.

  4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto each pastry sheet.
  5. Fold the pastry into a triangle and seal the edges properly.

How to Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Arrange the samosas in the basket with some space between them.
  3. Lightly spray them with oil.
  4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
